KENTUCKY AND INDIANA ONLY AT THIS TIME! THIS IS A NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT! Once paid this deposit secures your date for your tasting. There will be a contract between LEADER and CLIENT, as to scope and responsibilities regarding the event. The LEADER (ALAN) will provide Spirit suggestions and parings, the CLIENT is responsible for providing all spirits, parings, refreshments for their guests. If so requested the LEADER will provide 2 bottles of 2 Spirits of French Lick spirits (though SoFL is not associated with this offering in any way). The LEADER assumes no responsibility for accidents, damages, theft, etc. associated with such event. The LEADER also reserves the right to refuse to pour for anyone whom they have reasonable suspicion might have over indulged or are behaving inappropriately during the event. The total charge to lead a tasting for between 30-50 people is $1000.00, the deposit to hold your date is $300.00. The remaining $700.00 is due 7 business days prior to your event. If the remainder is not paid on time, you will forfeit your date, and deposit. These events are limited to 2 per month.
