Designed for beginners to advanced and based on the "Black Forest" of Indiana distilling theories of Alan Bishop. 5 gallon pot with cape thermometer, pressure/vacuum release. Oversized one gallon capacity head doubles as a "Weapon of mass extraction" gin basket which can be top loaded via removable tri-clove cap. Two options for line arm, 45 degree and 90 degree for experiments with natural reflux. Cold finger system with in and out ports for forced reflux. Liebeg condensor with water in and out. 3 inch tri-clove front port for sight glass upgrade. Tri-clove head so no need for luting. Versatile and easy to use/heat/store system with multiple built in features at an affordable price.
